RETURN POLICY FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS

Customers may return any physical textbooks, teacher handbooks, or other physical items within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in “like-new” and resalable condition without pencil/pen marks or physical damage. Items meeting these criteria will be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact Customer Service at info@essentialsinwriting.com to receive a Return Item Authorization number. Once Essentials in Writing has received the item(s), the customer can expect a refund within two weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Digital-only items are not eligible for a refund. Please see the Exchange Policy to exchange digital-only items. Please see the Scoring Service Return Policy for refunds on Scoring Services.

The items must be in “like-new” and resalable condition without pencil/pen marks or physical damage. Items meeting these criteria will be eligible for an exchange minus shipping costs. If the exchanged items differ in price, the customer will either receive a refund for the difference or be responsible for payment.

To initiate an exchange, the customer must contact Customer Service at info@essentialsinwriting.com to receive a Return Item Authorization number. Once Essentials in Writing has received the item(s), the customer can expect an exchange within two weeks.

Customers may exchange any digital textbooks, teacher handbooks, or other digital items within 60 days from the date of purchase. If the exchanged items differ in price, the customer will either receive a refund for the difference or be responsible for payment.

EU WITHDRAWAL

Submit a return/cancellation request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Sign in to your account:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.


2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
